It's a timeless human pursuit, famously captured in a film starring Will Smith. But defining happiness can be tricky. Is it a feeling, a state, or perhaps something even more elusive?
This question became personal for me last fall amidst the turmoil of my father's brain tumor diagnosis. During this challenging time, a client introduced me to the PERMA + V Model, the cornerstone of Dr. Martin Seligman's Wellbeing Theory.
